Industrial modifications are precision modifications that allow our commercial customers to convert a basic container into a state-of-the-art housing for their equipment or for remote offices.

Modifications can include creating doors, windows and openings to fit your specific needs.  We insulate containers, add in interior paneling, interior walls, flooring and electric.  Need a container side door?  We can do a man-door, a roll-up or a barn-door style door.  We can provide commercial-grade HVAC units or create openings so you simply need to bolt into place your unit.  Shipping your container overseas?  No problem, we can work with you to make sure your designs will be cargo-worthy and have our surveyors certify the container after the work is done to make sure shipping is a breeze for you.

We do not have any engineering capabilities, but our shops are very used to making architectural drawings come to life.  Pricing on these modifications will vary depending on what our closest shop to you is, how much you are modifying the container and what materials you would like us to use.

Here are some examples of projects we have done in the past, including a video of the project featured at the top of the page.
